Process

In my coaching I use the theory based on positive psychology and solution focused coaching. The basic thought is that we are working on what you can do and on what lies in your scope of influence. During the coaching process you practice what you learn. This provides enough to thoughts for reflection and helps you find the way to consolidate your findings and new experiences.
