I started my career as Change Management and behavioural consultant and I then transitioned slowly towards HR and Talent Management responsibilities, while adding progressively coaching to my assignments and interventions. I am an international HR leader and coach with more than 25 years experience in high performing, fast-paced and matrix organisations. I lead global talent management projects and change management initiatives and accompany teams and individuals to achieve their goals. I have spent these last 20 years as an HR professional and transformational change and implementation consultant, trainer and coach in corporate environments. My exposure to different cultures by living in 7 different countries and leading multicultural teams has reinforced my belief that Diversity and Inclusion have an impact on organisations' performance and financial results, providing greater returns to shareholders.
