Trust and confidentiality are the cornerstones of my coaching relationship. I will explicitly check if the client is willing to invest in a personal growth process and has trust in me as a coach. I apply a pragmatic action oriented approach that ensures that the client can sense, experience and create an impact. Every individual has his/her own learning style & path. In stretching my client’s learning space, bring him/her out of his comfort zone to enhance his/her growth curve and develop new insights. I’m neutral and non-judgmental. I will approach my clients with an open mind and strong curious desire to explore and get to know him/her. Each time we meet I ensure I meet my client in that neutral open learning space.
