Hester has more than 20 years experience in the business field. With previous different roles as a Corporate Recruiter, HR consultant, Talentmanager, Trainer and Coach, working for large companies as TUI, Securitas, Randstad and Vodafone. Hester is passionate about human development. Her main drive is to strengthen people in their professional behaviour.

The form of the coaching can be entirely online (mail,chat, sms), face-to-face or a combination of f2f with online.
